- Degree from a premium institute (Tier 1 Engineering Degree with or without Tier 1 MBA)
- 3 years+ experience in a technology firm in a technology major role before or after MBA
- Should be able to independently manage VP level stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast paced & agile environment
- Should understand the domain at a high level - we will be flexible for the person to develop deeper expertise on the job
- High-level understanding of Hire to Retire process
- Analysis of high level business requirements and break it down to specifications
- Understanding of HCM applications or strong desire to develop HCM applications skills
- Collaborate with technical resources and business teams to resolve operational issues
- Ability to be the Product owner for one of the home-grown applications in HR space. In this role the person will be required to interact frequently with C level executives including CEO.
