Primary Responsibilities - Responsible for supporting the company's overall Marketing initiatives. - Leading marketing operations for the company, including executing the go-to-market strategy, coordinating all elements of an integrated, global marketing program. - Driving implementation of marketing programs including lead generation activities, marketing campaigns, awareness building, product & solutions sales support, reference programs, customer & partner marketing, on-line marketing programs. - Driving strategic marketing relationships including Technology and Business Alliances - Driving company presence in key geographies through participation in key events/forums. - Be responsible for Microland's story, positioning and go to market approach. Other responsibilities include 1) Field Marketing - Working closely with the sales leadership teams across the region to ensure all sales targets are met - Responsible for achieving all marketing pipeline targets - Build on the messaging delivered by corporate but adapting it for the subtleties and differences in the regional markets. - Develop and execute customer-driven, locally oriented marketing strategies and programs that will increase customer demand, sales, and positively impact brand equity globally. - Conduct primary and secondary market research and advise stakeholders on sales and marketing strategies. 2) Services Marketing - Drive services and solution initiatives and new product introductions into the region, setting and measuring performance against objectives. - Provide thought leadership on the next gen technology services and co own the strategy road map along with other key stakeholders. 3)Leadership - Strategic Thinker - Knows what it takes to give your business the competitive advantage. Ability to see the forest through the trees in a dynamic environment. Can develop relevant, sustainable solutions.
