Michael Page is expanding its operations in India at Mumbai and Delhi offices and is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to grow their team in India.

Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist-India, you will:

- Hire internally for both offices in India - Mumbai and Gurgaon

- Evaluate the candidates over the phone and conduct first level of face to face interviews

- Sell the role and influence potential candidates

- Drive end to end Campus Placement process for campuses in India and abroad

- Drive the internal Referrals process for the organisation

- Partner with stakeholders within the organization in hiring the right set of people

- Partner with internal Marketing team to attract the right talent

- Manage applications through various portals and Alumni networks

Profile

As a successful candidate:

- You are degree qualified from a top tier University and possess an MBA degree from a top tier institution.

- You have 2-5 years of experience and have been in a Talent Acquisition / HR role

- You have a solid track record of success in your career and an ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level of an organization.

- You are proactive, ambitious and thrive in a meritocratic environment.

- You come with a lot of credibility who can brand Page Group well.
