Job Description - As a Recruitment Consultant your role is to work with both employers and job seekers to find a successful match. The role of a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page has a full 360 degree focus. Only you control your own business. You will be required to use your business development skills as well as your understanding of the FMCG/ consumer product industry. The Successful Candidate - You will be having 1-4 years of sales, marketing or consulting experience post your MBA from a Top Tier institute. A person coming from the FMCG/ Consumer electronics/ Luxury/ Consulting industry would be preferred. You must have a commercial acumen and posses excellent communication skills. Your passion to grow and determination to achieve your objectives would drive your success here.
