- In India we specialize in recruitment at mid to senior level in 6 disciplines- Financial Services, Sales & Marketing, Legal, Finance & Accounts, Human Resources and Procurement & Supply Chain. Currently we have two offices in India - Gurgaon and Mumbai.

To support our growth plans in India we are looking at hiring a young and dynamic individual for the Legal recruitments team at our Mumbai office.

Core Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with hiring teams to build an effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategy with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment

- Be able to engage passive candidates and gauge their chemistry for the right fitment

- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios

- Articulate in writing a plan with deliverable timelines and a formal tracking process to deliver the highest quality results to the customer

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Law from a top law school

- Must have had 2-4 yrs Law firm experience

- Can also have an experience with a leading recruitment firm in India (legal recruitment) for 1 - 4 years
