PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

To grow revenue in your industry discipline assigned by partnering with clients to hire Middle to CXO level leadership talent. You will be responsible to increase market share by enabling clients to hire the best talent and enabling candidates to find the best opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:

Post Graduate degree from a Top Tier B-School with 2-5 years of total work experience

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

1. Identify and develop client/business relationships in a competitive environment

2. Drive new business development via lead chases, candidate references, industry events

3. Create new revenue streams with existing clients by cross selling/up selling capabilities of different Page Group brands and functions

4. Continually seek to build expertise and specialization in the chosen market

5. Consult clients on the most appropriate recruitment solution for attracting candidates as well as consult candidates on general career advice/market opportunities

6. Independently driving middle to CXO level hiring for your clients

7. Build a comprehensive candidate database in your discipline

8. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process which is sourcing to candidate joining

9. Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

10. Actively participate in larger organizational initiatives around Sustainability, ESG, CSR etc.
