- As a 360 degree Recruitment Consultant, you would be responsible for both Business Development, Managing Accounts and Delivery of services to the Clients.

Description :

To start with, this would be an Individual contributor role and you will be responsible for :

- Manage a spectrum of clients in Fortune-500, Large & Small Enterprises and SMBs
- Value and Solution selling to CXOs in different organisations, negotiating contracts and signing agreements (B2B sales) for the Operations practice (R&D, Manufacturing & Supply Chain)
- Pick up search mandates and network/connect with top candidates in your industry to close these open mandates with organisations through Interviews
- Consulting organisations on their growth plans, hiring strategy and playing a key role as a business partner to top organisations working with CHRO/CEO and functional heads

Profile :

- Ideally you are an engineer + MBA graduate. You have 2-8 years of work experience with a track record of success in any industry/background.
- You are proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment
- We are industry agnostic but seek individuals who are driven, passionate and have excellent communication skills with requisite depth in their current roles
