Job Description:  As Franchise Manager, your core responsibilities will span across the following 5 areas:  1) Franchisee Marketing & Selection:  - Coordinate with Mktg. Agencies to ensure relevant campaigns are being effectively run.  - Shortlist and finalize Franchisees for MiCar.  - Conduct Due Diligence before finalizing the Franchisees (check for criteria like inspect the facilities offered, credentials & background check, etc.)  - Negotiate the terms with Franchisees.  - Maintain records of the Franchisee documents (LoIs, Agreements, Ops Manual, etc.).  2) Franchisee Induction:  - Ensuring Franchisees gets the requisite Welcome Kit/documents and equipment's upon their enrolment.  - Imparting training to the Franchisees to get completely familiar with MiCar's SOPs/SLAs.  3) Franchisee Relationship Management:  - Troubleshooting the queries from Franchisees on an ongoing basis.  - Ensure amicable relationships with all Franchisees.  - Ensure MiCar brand is appropriately represented by all Franchisees.  4) Franchisee Performance Evaluation:  - Monitor the performance of all Franchisees on an ongoing basis (tracking the SLAs, key operating & financial metrics).  - Highlight the non-performing Franchisees to MiCar Management for taking action.  - Highlight the high-performing Franchisees to MiCar Management for expansion options.  5) Franchisee Separation Process:  - Ensure amicable settlement of Franchise separation process.  - Focus on optimizing the assets/location falling vacant on account of Franchise separation, through backup Franchise network.  Desired Skills & Experience:  Candidate must have relevant experience more than 7 years in Franchise handling.
