CTC- Upto 18.50 LPA

Detailed Process & Role description

Manage a Trade Team of 20 – 25 associates. Be responsible for the whole process in terms of Key Deliverables for CTQ. Deliver Process Metrics & MIS on Time , Drive Six Sigma Initiatives in the Team , Communicate with the LOB & also be the focal point for People Management within the process.

Key Responsibilities

- Adherence to the SLA’s – productivity, turn-around-time, and accuracy

- Engage in improving processes through reengineering, system checks, process automation

- Interact with line of business on transactional issues

- Review daily key operational variables

- Develop back up and contingency plans

- Provide subject matter expertise on processes

- Update Manager on process performance and critical people issues

- Identify potential people issues amongst the team & resolve the same on a proactive basis

- Provide process problem resolution assistance to teams via calenderized one on one’s and coaching sessions

- Provide coaching and feedback to team members

- Hold regular team meetings with Team Leads/ Members to ensure that there is constant flow of information and knowledge dissemination –query logs, issue resolution

- Assist new hires such that they are productive on the floor in the shortest possible time frame.

Must Have

- Must be CDCS Certified, At least 7 years of Trade experience, Doc checking experience, Must have some experience in Trade migrations/ramp ups from Trade Ops perspective. Six sigma knowledge preferred. Excellent people management skills.

- Knowledge on Trade Products like L’C s, Open Accounts, Collections etc

- Extensive Knowledge of SWIFT systems, various types of messages, formats etc.,

- Working Knowledge on Bank to Bank Transfer and Bank to Customer Transfers (MT202, MT103)

- Ability to handle teams with diverse personalities, Good Communication Skill

- Thorough understanding of Compliance ( OFAC , KYC , AML , Antiboycott)

- Ready to work in night and rotational shifts.

- Extensive Knowledge International Trade Specific exposure to Asia Trade
