JOB DESCRIPTION for Manager- Market Research (Quantitative) :

- Managing market research projects for multiple global clients across different domains.

- Managing client relationships with key strategic accounts.

- Managing all aspects of project delivery as per the company’s quality norms.

- Ensuring effective client management including developing and managing internal processes for seamless project delivery, streamlining existing processes, leading/assisting business development initiatives in the company including managing and developing existing and/or new client relationships.

- Managing a medium to large sized team and being responsible for people management activities like developing and coaching team members, supporting & implementing processes like appraisals, project dashboards, project effort tracking etc.

- Taking initiatives related to overall firm development
