Indirect Tax - Manager/Sr.Manager

Position: Manager / Senior Manager

Skil: Indirect Taxation (Excise, Customs, FTP, VAT and Services tax)

Reports to: Tax Director

CA: minimum post qualification 5 years.

Location: Andheri

CTC: 15 to 20 Lac pa +

- Are able to participate in tax due diligence exercise.

- Can assist in the development and implementation of tax structuring advice

- Are able to handled complicated enquiries from tax authorities

- Can deal with government authorities in the course of resolve issues and disputes with these authorities at the highest level

- Are able to identify the economic, broad business, legal and financial risks of a given industry

- Understand established management concepts and practices that may have application and impact on the organization

- Express ease with client communications.

- Define & review Client data Collections in proper formats

- Define & review Client file management & record keeping

- Understanding Accounting Systems of clients

- Finalisation of Business Note

- Ability to understand the Client Need (Proposal & Mandate)

- Proper Execution of Assignment as per planning

- Participate in Assignment Review with seniors

- Preparation of draft & Final Report

- Responsible for Working Papers & Final Reports

- Ability to Manage the team, assign responsibility, establish accountability and resolve conflict

- Identifies potential new business leads

- Identifies cross sell opportunities, success in conversion of referrals

- Proactive approach to seeking opportunities to provide services, participation in trainings etc.
