Qualification: MBA (Full Time Must) in HR from a Good B School with 8 to 15 years of relevant work experience in areas of Training & Development, Organization Development Initiatives and other areas of Human Resources.
Desired Profile: Preferably worked in Automotive / Manufacturing Industry with Medium to Large scale set up in
Training & Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Training Head in framing strategy & execution of overall activities of the department.
- Interact with managers of different business verticals and facilitate training need identification process based on projected deliverables, competition, and developmental needs.
- Plan, develop & Organize training and employee development programs, using most appropriate method of delivery such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences and workshops.
- Conduct periodic feedback sessions with employees/ participants to capture highlights of a training program
- Develop new training programs and upgrade the existing programs.
- Develop testing and evaluation procedures for both trainers and training programs in order to enhance training effectiveness.
- Evaluate performance of training programs/instructors (external trainers) thereby providing recommendations for improvement.
- Design & Execute of training programs both behavioral & functional for all the levels - associates and managerial cadre.
- Streamline the trainer’s database management system & effectively do analysis/inputs of the same for the top management.
