Brief Role:
- Helping the HR Function deliver industry-leading talent systems / platforms.
- Identify the need and scope of talent systems enhancements
- Accountable for project / systems design, communication, deployment, training, change management and adoption of delivered systems
- Accountable for adherence to Project / Program Management & Governance
- Responsible for relationship management of stakeholders
Requirements:
- Identify system / process requirements layering in organizational & industry to recommend options and solutions
- Manage and deliver projects within a project management framework
- Identify / escalate project / program risks and advise stakeholders
- Provide functional input and HR advice to the technical teams
- Engage and manage internal / external suppliers
- Build collaborative relationships cross-functionally, in order to deliver to time and budget
- Have shared responsibility of project budgets, understand financial implications of HR initiatives and have the ability to make a direct connection between work activity and value to the business
Required Candidate Competencies:
- Information Systems program management experience
- Experience of process mapping, design & improvement
- HR process knowledge / experience
- Excellent communication & relationship management, especially senior stakeholder management
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Able to demonstrate strong business and commercial awareness
- Experience of operating in an international or global stakeholder environment preferred.
