Our client is a leading captive Banking BPO Our Client employs thousands of people working collaboratively around the globe, supporting many leading brands and more than 40 million customers looking for Manager / Senior Manager - Employee Relations, responsible for Policy development and implementation in all entities across India. Developing new and existing policies whilst working closely with the HR function, stakeholders in Business and other CEO's to ensure the business needs are met and the policies are in line with legal and regulatory requirements. Leading and delivering on India and Group wide projects with particular focus on Employee relations policies, procedures and best practices across the Group.
Looking for 6-8 yrs of previous experience of working in a professional HR capacity.
- Well rounded HR generalist experience.
- Good project management skills.
- Good consultancy skills.
- Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Flexibility and change orientation - the ability to work in a flexing matrix structure with a number of key priorities.
- Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
