Mgr/Sr Mgr - Direct Taxation - IT

A LEADING IT GIANT IN BANGALORE LOOKING FOR SR. MANAGER /MANAGER DIRECT TAXATION.

Position : Sr. Manager / Manager - Direct Taxation

Qualification: CA or ICWA

Exp: 5 to 8 yrs

CTC: 18lpa

Location: Bangalore

JD and Specification:

- Should have sound Technical Knowledge of Direct Tax laws including Transfer Pricing.

- Should be update with latest case laws, Notifications, Circulars on Direct tax.

- Should have good work experience in following areas:

- Replying to Queries and Appeals in the matter of Direct Tax.

- Attending various Tax Hearings and meeting with Tax officials.

- Preparation of Tax Returns

- Handling & interpretation of Assessment orders.

- Reconciliation of Tax related accounts in books including knock off schedule etc.

- Handling Internal & Statutory Audits

- Tax Planning and Optimization strategies.

- Good Knowledge of Spreadsheets/ MS Excel, Oracle and ERP.

- Should have good communication and influencing skill

- Should be able to manage a small team.

- Should be able to work with multiple stakeholders to collate information and offer solution.

Working experience in the Big -4 CA Firms and or big Software companies would be preferred.
