Responsible for assessment of learning needs, designing, content development and implementation of the learning strategies and evaluation

Create and Develop

- Apply the Instructional Design Principles to manage training programs from development through implementation and follow-through.

- Develop training modules within specified timelines.

Needs Analysis

- Design and implement needs analysis to evaluate employee performance, technical and procedural needs/gaps.

- Identify and document training needs and performance gaps.

- Observe tasks/processes to determine operating details.

- Interview Subject Matter Experts to gather content.

- Review and edit existing content material and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of delivery.

- Follow up on program completion, success, and transfer of knowledge.

Content Development

- Design and Develop content using ID Principles and set standards for order, clarity, conciseness, style, and
terminology.

Train the Trainer

- Conduct TTT for trainers on the developed modules in strict adherence to timelines

Evaluation

- Recommend and implement tools for the evaluation of training success.

- Design tools, forms, documents

- Create/Develop collaterals like visual aids, charts, work book, quick reference guides, take-away, charts to ensure training effectiveness.
