Position: Manager/Sr. Manager-Company Secretary for a Leading bank in Mumbai

CS qualified candidates Should only apply

Location: Mumbai

Industry Preference: Banks/ Financial services & Any Listed companies

Experience: 3-6 YEARS in a reputed listed company

Job Role:

- Member of the CS team , assisting in various aspects of the department like Conduct of Board / committee meeting , compliance , activities like payment of bond / debenture interest , esop administration, AGM.

- Assistance in Conduct of COD- preparation of agenda / minutes

- Assisting in preparation of Annual report

- Assisting in the conduct of other committees as may be determined from time to time .

- Compliance with listing agreement
