Team Management:
- Handled team of 7-8 sales officers within each distributor (total 20+) and driving them for the set target and goals
- Influencing, motivating and guiding the Sales Force, MIS, distributors & structures to achieve sales targets as well as visibility & distribution objectives
Efficient Channel Management:
- Have handled all the four urban distributors of Gorakhpur main town and Khalilabad
- Drove monthly revenue of the territory from 1.75 crores to 2.15 crores in a period of 4 months
- Monitor & control distributor’s ROI, performance & incentives budget
- Monitoring and maintaining stock norms at distributor and retailer point
- Appointment of new distributor (Khalilabad, UP)
Day to day aggressive execution of Sales programs (i.e. new schemes & offers, sales promotions & trade engagement etcetera) to deliver targeted numbers of customers and revenue. Gaining absolute control over the trade spends (Primary Sales) on the market
Educational Qualifications
- Candidate Should be MBA Pass from the Top Ten Premier Institutes of India need to apply
- 2006, 2007,2008, 2009,2010 and 2011 Batch only of the Below mentioned institutes only - Regular MBA
