- Heading the talent acquisition function nationally, Majority of the sourcing done in-house.
- Responsible for hiring of Leadership positions and positions of confidential nature.
- Manpower Forecasting & Succession Planning in consultation with Business Directors & Business Heads.
- Preparing the Recruitment budget at the beginning of the year and ensuring that all recruitment cost are maintained within the approved budget.
- Analysing behaviours via the Predictive Index tool for hiring of key rolls and assisting Business Managers take a more informed decision in hiring there by reducing the risk of a wrong hire.
- Vendor engagement, negotiation and management
- Ensuring timely inputs are sent to the accounts team for salary processing.
- Responsible for developing and implementing various HR related processes and policies
- Responsible for conducting appraisals for employees and making recommendation for Increments and promotions in consultation with business
- Handling the induction, joining and exit formalities
- Coaching and training new hires within the internal HR team
- Developing and Implementing various initiatives to ensure motivation of employees at work like incentive schemes, development programs etc
- Organizing campus recruitments and other events.
