Mgr/Sr Manager - Financial Due Diligence

What you will be doing:

As a Manager/ Sr. Manager - Financial Due Diligence - Mumbai

- You will be responsible for executing client related engagements in the areas of governance, risk & compliance (GRC) – regulatory updation, defining risk templates, compliance testing, internal audits, process reviews, standard operating procedures, enterprise risk management, revenue assurance, SOX 404 & Clause 49 assistance.

- Provide financial and business due diligence assistance to various clients, including private equity investors.

- Manage deal advisory relating to financial due diligence reviews..

- Analyze data of Target Company to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks which impact valuation and negotiation of the target company.

Who you will be doing it for:

To apply for this role you must:

- Be a Chartered Accountant/ Masters in Business Administration

- 8+ years of post-qualification experience out of which at least last 5 – 8 years should be in financial Due Diligence in a Big4 or similar firm.
