The client is an infrastructure and real estate developer with 20 years experience in developing Educational, Industrial, Office, Hospitality, Retail and Healthcare projects. Their unique focus is on real estate projects that conductively fit into India’s infrastructure development policy and partner in our nations effort to be a world leading economy over the coming decade. The groups current focus is in the National Capital Region of Delhi. In addition, they are undertaking developments in key leisure destinations such as Shimla and Jaipur, and Tier 1 urban agglomerates such as Mumbai and Tier 2 urban agglomerates such as Ahmedabad

An astute team of 160 professionals manage the investment and development of the projects with dedicated resources for customer relationship management and operations. The team comprises of experienced industry professionals bringing together experience from civil and architecture, sales and marketing, finance and administration.

The groups other interest lie in textiles, investment and trading businesses with successful companies. We are looking for a Manager Purchase/Procurement from Hotel Industry for their Corporate office in Gurgaon:

Manager - Purchase & Procurement (Hotel Industry)

Qualification: Masters/Diploma - Materials Management

Experience: 8+ yrs

Role/Responsibilities:

- Project Purchases/Procurement for Hotel Projects;

- Imported/Indigenous purchases

- Equipments/Capital Goods

- Vendors Management

- Purchase Orders

- Inventory Management

Location: Gurgaon

Compensation: Negotiable, approx range of 6-8 lac per annum.
