Profile :

- Part of the Leadership Hiring Team

- Responsible for Sourcing, Screening Profiles suitable for the Position.

- Understand the exact business and the Professional and personal skills required for the role and source profiles accordingly.

- Manage costing as well , have negotiations with the vendors, and source profiles internally as well.
