Mgr - Business Planning & Analytics - BFSI

We have an urgent opening for the position of a Manager for Business Planning & Analytics with a life insurance company.

Location: Gurgaon

JOB SUMMARY:

- Support Analytics and management reporting activities in Agency

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management Reporting

- Preparation for management review meetings and other presentations as per requirement

- Support performance management and compensation analysis

- Highlight root causes for key variance

Analytics

- Data analysis and Trend analysis, as per business requirement

- Track performance on plan both on Sales and Expenses

- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of new initiatives

- Support information management initiatives like scorecards and dashboards and Tracking of key business parameters

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

- Chartered Accountant/ MBA Finance from reputed institute

MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:

- 5-7 years post qualification experience, 2-3 yrs in similar domain is preferred

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

- High on Excel and Powerpoint skills

- Good Communication Skills

- Proactive with ability to speedily understand business and information needs
