Mgicbricks - Head - Telesales/Site Visit

Site visit Head :

- The candidate should have above 15 years of experience into operations with primary forte in Telesales, contact center. Personal should be process oriented and details oriented.

- He will have to manage a team of account managers who would be getting the site visits done over the phone. His team will have to coordinate with the site visit managers on site and customers who are going to visit various sites.

- It's a dual role where he will have to manage the team to ensure buyers visits sites and then a lot of coordination on ground via these account managers.

- A senior person who has managed complex business scenarios. Very good communication skills and orientation.

- Telesales bent of mind in achieving the numbers

- A good people manager to ensure everyone is motivated

- Person should be ready to work on Saturdays and Sundays with rotational offs
