Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition Summary : - This position will be responsible for handling various Talent Acquisition requirements for MGH India. - In this role, you will be assisting with screening, sourcing, and on-boarding of employees whilst formulating efficient strategies for various level recruitment requirements. Role & Responsibility : - Understanding the job vacancy and requirement through discussion with various management heads and creating an appropriate job description. - Utilizing various sourcing channels/portals inclusive of headhunters/ external recruiters for the ongoing recruitment requirements. - Coordinating with candidates for interviews and performing the initial screening. - Understand their competencies, skill sets and match them with the skills required. - Preparing candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about business strategy, job descriptions, and expectations. - Arranging for personal interview on shortlisting, coordination with the hiring panel, and arranging the final interview of selected candidates and review results. - Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy. - Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. - Onboard new employees and fully integrate them with the company procedures and policies. - Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. - Follow up on interview process status and update records in an internal database. - Develop recruitment strategies for Campus Placement Drive ; MGH Group. - Create a recruitment plan and develop various strategies for efficient recruitments. - Assist in the complete employee cycle from sourcing to employee onboarding with the HR team. Requirements : - 2 to 3 years of experience with recruitments. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Intermediate level proficiency in excel. - A graduate degree is a must in a similar field. - Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and management systems
