MGB Business Advisors Pvt Ltd-Manager-BFSI - (8-10 years of Experience) - Mumbai

- Preferably in banking and financial services environment again in similar function as internal audit at Manager position.

- Experience of working in reputed professional audit firms with exposure to financial services may also be considered good.

- Acting as Lead Audit as statutory/Internal Audit in Indian Banks/BFSI or should have handled BFSI Clients, working in diverse / multi- national culture is desired.

- Candidate is expected to work closely with the Principal to build client relationships.

- Independently conduct internal audits of banks and assess the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the established internal controls and procedures.

- Assisting in planning, designing and implementation of risk based audit plans to ensure safety and soundness of the systems/Operations.

- Must have performed financial, regulatory, compliance or operational reviews/audits.

- Assess risk, Legal & Compliance and other control-related activities within Internal Audit. Develop risk based annual audit plans detailing the scope, nature and timing of audit activities. Prepare audit reports in line with the approved audit plan.

- Assess the compliance of transactions, actual risk exposure, respect of procedures as well as the relevancy and efficiency of permanent control. With an objective, rigorous and unbiased approach.

- Coordination and interaction with client.

- Audit execution w.r.t. time limit. Identify root cause and financial impact of audit findings and suggest practical recommendations. Highlight responses from auditees. Overall monitoring of audit assignments.

- Ensure smooth co-ordination with team members and with clients .
