ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Handle transitions and ensure that the GTS transitions are completed as per scope defined  - Be part of the pre sales cycle and understand all the solutions that are being proposed  - Ensure knowledge acquisition is done and handover to delivery after stabilizing the delivery  - During customer presentations, explain how transition will be carried out  - Transition project plans, requirement template should be created and updated  - During project execution, ensure that the right people are identified for transitions  - Engage with the customer during the project lifecycle, update tracker and present the status as required  - Will have to travel abroad based on the nature of the project  - Standardize transition related documents & write White papers on transitions  - Participate in seminars and forums, interact with analysts  - Maintain / Exceed customer satisfaction index for all customers   - Responsible for implementation of structure program governance and review with internal and external stakeholders  - Proactive identification of risk and road blocks that affects program time lines/expected outcomes and develop mitigation plans / workarounds  QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED  - The candidate's depth and relevance of experience will determine the specific position offered. The following qualifications are desired in all candidates:  - Candidates with experience 8+ years will be selected. The Transition Consultant should have at least the following experience  - Should have managed transitions and project management experience  - Flair for pre-sales, customer interaction and fluency in communications is of utmost importance  - Project management in Infrastructure ( Cloud migrations is must )  - Breadth of knowledge in various areas including Cloud, data center, platforms, storage, database, web services, security, service desk, mainframe technologies, ITIL V3 etc (L3 +)  - Should have experience in forecasting resources, planning and working closely with resourcing team for fulfillment   - Should have handled technical support teams  - Experience in handling testing project transitions  - Proven experience in managing cost of delivery, customer SLAs and metrics, attrition control, high CSAT, ITIL processes  - Proven track record in delivering innovations in service delivery   - Strong foundation of industry standard tools and process knowledge   - Experience in using Project Management methodologies and processes is a must  Role Demands  - Excellence in strategic and analytical problem solving: Quantitative, fact-based approach to team based problem solving and strategic approach to addressing issues and offering solutions.
