MFX - Senior Project Manager

10 - 12 years of relevant IT experience with minimum of 8 to 9 years of project Management experience

Should have delivered for customer facing projects and programs

Good understanding of Quality Processes and Systems

Should have handled projects in Application Development and Maintenance

Should have handled a team size of about 100+ across multiple projects and customer accounts

Should have had a customer facing role with India or EMEA

Should have technical background in Web Technologies and should be hands-on when needed

Should have experience in Presale and customer proposals

Should have excellent People Management, Communication skills

Should have excellent presentation skills

Should have experience and proficiency in Developing Budgets, Coaching, Supervision, Staffing,, Management Proficiency, Process Improvement, Tracking Budget Expenses, Self-Development, Planning, Performance Management
