MFX - Delivery Manager

Roles and responsibilities

- 15 years of relevant IT experience with minimum of 10 to 12 years of Delivery Management

- Need to be Techno-Functional and conceptually understand Project level details.

- Should have setup COE (Center of Excellence) or a practice

- Should have played the role of a Senior Delivery Manager or Program Manager where the candidate has managed multiple projects / should have played and Engagement Lead role

- Should have supported Pre Sales activities like Proposal building, provide solution and present proposals to customers.

- Would be good if there is experience in Practice Development, Competency Building (Hiring, Training, Appraisal Process etc.)

- Should have handled projects in Application Development and Maintenance

- Should have handled a team size of about 30-60

- Should have handled customer facing roles (Onsite or Off Shore)

- Should have delivered programs in Web and Digital Technologies including Mobile and Cloud and should have managed technical projects in any of the technologies (DOT NET, Java, DevOps)

- Should have excellent Communication and presentation skills

- Exposure to Insurance Domain will be an added advantage.
