Our products use the power of mobile and Artificial intelligence to evolve clinical protocols and aid in the diagnosis and treatment of over 2000 common diseases and power a pan India network of diagnostics and pharmacies allowing quality care to reach everyone.100s of distributed systems, services, AI models, millions of events, petabytes of data power our products. From a Virtual AI doctor ( called the Autodoc that is able to use a multi-modal inference engine to assist doctors) to knowledge graphs to e-commerce engines to logistics systems, our product and engineering teams are building the future of healthcare systems.

Over the next few years, we plan to add the power of diagnostic devices and digital tools on the mobile using AI, making the mobile a future examination and monitoring tool for doctors and as a health companion for patients.

What You Will Do

1. Own and drive the vision of our product roadmap, balancing short and long-term goals to scale.

2. Manage bottlenecks and provide escalation management, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.

3. Determines enterprise customer needs by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.

4. Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans

5. You will develop the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plan.

6. You will use frameworks to coordinate partners and leadership on product direction/key decisions and effectively influence for best outcomes.

7. You will work with numerous partners to holistically define a sophisticated problem space, desired customer and business outcomes, and effective solutions.

8. You will exhibit storytelling and persuasive influencing techniques that build trust with your team and partners and establish long-term relationships.

9. You will prioritize new product features or strategic direction based on metric impacts.

What You Will Need To Succeed

1. At least 2-5 years of experience managing the product for a consumer product.

2. Highly analytical & data-driven

3. Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical issues simply and convincingly to help drive fast decisions.

4. Think creatively and solve interesting problems in a fast-paced environment.
