Senior Manager ( Head ) - Inside Sales

MFine is looking for a Senior Manager (Head)- Inside Sales who will be in charge of leading our company's Inside Sales efforts.

- You will be managing and providing guidance to Inside Sales teams.

- You will play a vital role in helping them come up with an evaluation process and development of Inside Sales strategies, planning and coordinating calling efforts, communicating the strategies and plans to your core team, and also ensure to build awareness and positioning of our company's product.

In this role, you will be responsible to :

- Set immediate and long-term goals for internal teams

- Build the processes and systems to enhance capacity planning, lead management, sales planning, pricing, and productivity of agents

- Develop and implement a cohesive sales plan to increase conversions and revenue.

- Lead the Inside Sales teams and elevate its level to a skillful, efficient industry-leading unit.

- Analyze the customer journey and identify key touchpoints in the customer's interaction to optimize sales and retention.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations on team metrics.

- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth

- Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective sales

Requirements :

- 8+ years of Sales experience in Inside Sales

- Work Experience in a B2C is a must preferably in a HealthTech/FinTech/eCommerce

- An MBA/PGDM/Grad. from the Tier-1 institute is preferred.

- Hands-on experience in setting up and managing an inside sales team with quarterly and annual revenue targets.

- Experience in a fast-moving, growth-oriented start-up is preferred. Needs to be flexible and adaptable as requirements change.

- Ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with senior management, company divisions, and partners.

- Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a generalist do what-it-takes mindset
