100s of distributed systems, services, AI models, millions of events, peta-bytes of data power our products. From a Virtual AI doctor ( called the Autodoc that is able to use a multi modal inference engine to assist doctors) to knowledge graphs to e-commerce engines to logistics systems, our product and engineering teams are building the future of healthcare systems.

Over the next few years, we plan to add the power of diagnostic devices and digital tools on the mobile using AI , making the mobile into a future examination and monitoring tool for doctors and as a health companion for patients.

Who You Are:

1. Experience building onboarding flows and user funnels to drive growth

2. Understand the art and science of growth and when to lean on numbers and experimentation over qualitative data and instinct

3. Strong preference for someone who has growth experience working on large consumer platforms

4. Proven ability to motivate, lead, and collaborate with product design, engineering, and other cross-functional teams

5. Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical issues simply and convincingly to help drive fast decisions.

What You Will Do:

1. Identify key drivers of growth to increase conversion, expansion, and retention and drive execution through iterative testing and learning

2. Launch experiments to drive the growth

3. Identify, prioritize, and deliver product improvements to increase usability and customer experience.

4. Drive UI and UX design, working closely with designers to build and test UI wireframes and interactive prototypes

5. You will develop the product strategy, roadmap and go-to-market plan.

6. You will use frameworks to coordinate partners and leadership on product direction/key decisions and effectively influence for best outcomes.

7. You will work with numerous partners to holistically define a sophisticated problem space, desired customer and business outcomes and effective solutions.

8. You will exhibit storytelling and persuasive influencing techniques that build trust with team and partners and establish long-term relationships.

9. You will prioritize customer segments to ensure business value for not just own product line, but broader brand.
