Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Lead Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience of working with large numbers and deriving key insights for processes. The individual will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets for detailed analysis, and create insightful reports and dashboards.

- Develop and maintain complex number matrices to evaluate revenue performance, conversion rates, and other key metrics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, influencing decision-makers through persuasive data communication.

- Track product app user funnels and sales team matrices, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

- Utilize strong SQL skills, along with proficiency in Google Sheets and Python, for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.

- Analyze performance across paid channels such as SEM, Affiliates, etc., to optimize lead generation efforts and maximize ROI.

- Assess conversion rates from leads to orders, calculating Cost Per Transaction (CPT), and analyzing margin uniqueness for each traffic source.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on data analysis and manipulation.

- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills required. Experience with data visualization - tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.

- Understanding of product app user funnels, sales team matrices, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue and conversion.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information and data narratives to non-technical stakeholders.
