About the company:

mewt (pronounced as mute) is modernizing banking for SMEs of Bharat by creating a supercharged bank account for them where they can combine all their accounts in one place, get 15 days of interest free credit, and earn 1% cashback on all supercharge card spends. mewt is bringing the privileged banking to the underserved MSMEs & making missed-EMIs history.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Should have working knowledge of drafting and finalization of technology agreements, NDA's, service agreements etc. along with complete CLM

- Adept knowledge of compliances under Companies Act, 2013, labour laws applicable to Company

- Good regulatory knowledge and skillful & effective application of the same in various assignments.

- Keeping abreast of recent amendments

- Good communication skills (written and spoken) is a must. Ability to communicate across various levels in the organization such that the manner is lucid, clear, concise & the desired result is achieved.

- Setup processes to handle frauds/cybercrime complaints

Requirements, Desired Skills and Experience:

- First class in Bachelors

- LLB, CS will be an added advantage

- Good Communication and Writing Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Knowledge of other accounting softwares will be a plus
