Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
We are on an eventful journey to transform the talent assessment industry; you will be at the centre of propelling our product marketing engine.
1. A leader who is excited about Problems
Be the leader who leads a team of product marketers who are the owners of end to end content marketing strategy and execution for different product lines at Mercer | Mettl. Product Marketing is long haul problem solving. Building in depth understanding of our customer segments and strategizing on the right content and in the right form defines the core of the job.
2. An innovator with a long-term vision and execution focus
You will be responsible for driving end-to-end product content collaterals strategy from ideation to creation to review. This would require you to be quick to form excellent rapport with product and sales team for seamless collaboration and streamlined content functionality and operation. You will bring a strong data and analytics-driven approach to target the products while understanding customer elements and defining Go-to-market strategies for product launches in multiple geographies in a most innovative and productive manner.
3. Be the analytical engine to Marketing channels
As the owner product marketing workstream, you will be at the forefront of driving content marketing strategy that powers marketing channels. You will be required to churn insights that can optimize the channels in terms of what works and what needs to be focused
4. Lend Maturity, professionalism and quality to Mercer | Mettl Thought Leadership
You will be leading Mercer | Mettl's thought leadership efforts and play a key role in conception and execution of some of the key annual thought leadership reports.
