Job Description :
- Will be playing a key role in the development of short and long-term strategic marketing plans including annual business plans, media planning, promotion and innovation pipelines, infrastructure and branding of Labs & Collection Centers, Website/ CRM development, event advertising and sponsorship.
- Conceptualize & drive implementation of Brand & Tactical Campaign in high brand equity markets with the core objective aimed at establishing brand Metropolis as the "Most Trusted & Recommended brand". Thereby enhance the overall brand visibility.
- Identify & focus on revamping the weak centers revenue through planning & execution of activities in co-ordination with the local team.
- New Lab / Center promotion : Engage local unit heads / zonal heads in deliberating and finalizing the local launch plan, in tune with overall strategy of the organization and ensure its timely implementation
- Spearhead Retail marketing of the organization : Strategy, Planning in consultation with Reporting Manager & stake holders covering - Retail Strategy Planning, Budget Planning across network.
- Provide Branding inputs, Print collateral, and other marketing inputs required by customer care, regional, International Locations as well as for Management Meet.
- Manage and support recruitment, set KRAs, Goal setting for direct reports, monitor overall department KRAs, conduct performance appraisal.
Salary Offered : 12-15 LPA
