Tasks :

As our Music Acquisition Manager / Hindi Lead, you are the person in charge for growing and operation our new music publishing administration service. In this role you will be both hands-on and strategic. This requires both leadership and analytical skills, getting your hands dirty, and working well together with our CEO as well as the rest of the team.

As Acquisition is our service, you have the chance to significantly shape our operations and business model.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Continuously improving our Acquisition content publishing service

- Building new and owning existing relationships with worldwide PROs and our partners / sub-publishers

- Pitching Acquisition service to new and existing clients, including established artists, labels, and music licensing platforms

- Overseeing all work registrations and ensuring accuracy

- Implement SOPs for all relevant publishing operations, including rights assignment, works registration, reporting, and customer support

- Contribute your expertise to the publishing administration section of our proprietary asset management software

Requirements :

- Sophisticated understanding of and experience with international music publishing licensing and rights structures

- Work experience at a PRO, music publisher, publishing administrator, or music label

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to initiate and manage projects with a focus on driving business

- Full working proficiency in English
