Metro Group - Project Lead

Job Role :

- Managing design process to ensure compliance/approval, financing sustainability and design standards.

- Assisting in negotiating pricing and other terms for the acquisition of property and Coordinating with purchase and all internal departments for finalizing contractors, materials etc.

- Managing construction pricing process in the final project, reviewing legal documents for structuring and assessing the risk management.

- Defining project timeline, coordinating with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, Perform risk management to minimize project risks, Report and escalate to management on regular basis.

- Promoting the highest standards of Safety & Healthy environment onsite at all times.

- Follow up with design office for drawings & modifications as per site conditions for preparation of GFC drawings.

- Estimation, work order, work schedule and budget designing for projects.

- Proper streamlining of SOPs for smooth operations at all sites with proper reporting and monitoring.

- Promoting the highest standards of Safety & Health onsite at all times.

- Encouraging continuous improvement of the methodologies and reporting of the key operational aspects.

- Ensuring the execution of work as per the specification and make following the BOQ.

- Ensure all formats of work is maintained at office and sites.

- Imparting periodical technical training to colleagues and peers developing an ideal culture.

- Candidate preferably from South India.

- We are a real estate company.

- Candidate from Real estate sector only.

Qualification : B. TECH/M.TECH (CIVIL)

Experience :

- Min 15 yrs.

- Experience in High Rise Residential and Commercial buildings/apartments
