And complete back end support for stores operation - Implementation of energy & cost saving activities and carryout in-house power audit across all the stores - New store management & Placing the Facilities team before the store opening Reduction in maintenance cost - on line support for trouble shooting of electrical complaints & breakdowns - Standardization of common cost across all the stores and maintaining of all spares & consumables inventory and issues register - Prepare AMC schedule & monitor preventive & periodical maintenance of infrastructure equipment's across all the stores Facilities & Maintenance Management - Monitoring & checking of Power & Fuel consumption, up keeping of log books, History cards & equipment inventory across all the stores - Preparing & presenting of MIS reports weekly / monthly basis on Energy, Maintenance, Facilities cost expenses & Safety reports - Facilities & Maintenance man power Management, team building, training & development - Prepare & implementation of Maintenance & operation SOP's for equipment's & systems across all the stores - Supporting of store SM's, Vendor management & Builder /Landlord coordination across all the stores - Upgradation, Modifications & implementation of facility infrastructure as per store requirement across all the stores Safety & Disaster Management - Ensuring of all Fire & safety equipment's such as Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarm detection system, Sprinklers & Hydrants. Conducting of Fire safety training & Emergency Mock evacuation drills periodically across all the stores
