Position Description: Corporate Trainer is in-charge of developing & delivering learning interventions as per the objectives and outcomes expected at corporate level by cultivating a learning environment that promotes to scale up individuals on knowledge level, skill sets and conducive behaviour. Overall play a role of change maker through execution of L&D strategies. Job Description: - Facilitate and Support Head-Talent Development in conducting Training Needs, Identification using different methodologies. - Work Closely with business and employees to gain knowledge of work situations and Challenges. - Develop Corporate Training calendar based on the training needs identified and deliver training programs as per the calendar. - Coordinate training schedule with the hiring and training demands of the business especially the Corporate functions. - Formulate teaching outline and determine instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops along with content. - To Facilitate IDP plan for identified employees. - Prepare MIS based inputs to the Head- Talent Development for people development initiatives at Corporate level - Liaison with external training partners for execution of Training interventions - Ensure the Learning Management System operates smoothly and ensure achieve maximum accession rate and certifications for all eLearning module uploaded as per training calendar. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Excellent written and verbal communication - Strong Interpersonal Skills - Presentation Skills - Customer Orientation - Data Management and Analytical Skills - Working knowledge of e learning content designing tolls like Articulate Storyline 360, - Adobe Captivate or LMS like Moodle, Litmos, Docebo, Etc. - Ability to quickly learn subject matter - Resourceful in finding information and fact checking - Sales training experience preferred - This role requires travelling across locations
