MetricStream - Product Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Define the product strategy and roadmap

- Ensure that the Reference Implementation delivers on its goal to be the state of the art showcase for the MetricStream products

- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification

- Ensure that the Reference Implementation is delivered on schedule to delight both internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure cross functional teams participate in validating the product launches

- Perform product demos to customers when necessary

- Work with a cross functional team including Product Management, Product Development, Sales, Professional Services, & QA to define and deliver products

- You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers.

Preferred Skills:

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's primary responsibility will be to own the Reference Implementation of the MetricStream product portfolio. The Reference Implementation serves as the showroom for the MetricStream products with a goal for customers, professional services, sales and others to test drive the products.

Mandatory Skills:

- Overall 8+ years- experience with enterprise software (in Product Development or Professional Services role)

- Past experience in Product Management or as a Governance Risk and Compliance professional is required

- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

- Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past

Experience: 8yrs-12yrs

Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
