Position Title: Team Leader Operations Support Function, Responsibility Level: Actuarial Services-Program Management Reports to (Responsibility Level): AVP- Actuarial Services Supervises: Nil Location: Noida Global Grade: GG 10 Cost Center (85 series): Complexity: OSTG PID/s Load Mapping Position Summary: - This individual will be responsible for supporting operations delivery within Actuarial Services. The Actuarial Services team consists of 240+ resources supporting various actuarial functions including Valuation and Reporting, Pricing Oversight, Reinsurance, Modeling, Asset Liability Management and Experience Studies. - This position requires actively participating with cross-functional teams within MetLife and providing end to end support for Project Management. - Supports, interprets and analyzes key strategic and governance decisions including project plan maintenance, associated risks and their impacts. - Keeping leadership abreast of weekly status and any upcoming potential risk/issue in a timely manner. Job Responsibilities: The following are the key responsibilities for this position: 1. Support resource planning and enabling business 2. Prepare Management reports / dashboard view 3. Provide relevant reports for performance monitoring and management 4. Business data management and reporting 5. Support talent management 6. Support employee engagement 7. Project and deliverables tracking and reporting 8. Collaborating with IT, HR, CFMIS and Finance 9. Be able to govern, track & maintain baselined project plans, working closely with stakeholders 10. Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolutionprocess and raising issue/risks as necessary 11. Support in other admin and PMO related activities Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Education: Graduate or PG in any discipline with at least 1 years of relevant Project Management experience Experience : Overall, 2-3 years of experience with Minimum 0-6 months of work experience in relevant field is required Experience managing programs preferred (CMMI, Agile, Employee Recognitions etc) Experience collecting, maintaining and distributing data is preferred Knowledge and skills (general and technical): - Good Analytical and Problem-Solving skills - Basic understanding of Project Management Concepts - Good understanding of MS-Office including MS-Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS word - Basic understanding of MS Project (intermediate knowledge preferred) - Effective written and oral communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate/articulate technical and functional issues with conclusions and recommendations to Leadership - Should be good in excel reporting (knowledge of graphs, pivots, macros, VLOOKUP, etc. is an advantage) - Experience managing/working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse workgroups with strong intra-team management and coaching skills - Ability to develop and maintain robust relationships with peers and stakeholders Conflict Resolution skills Other Requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training, if required) : Good quantitative skills preferred
