Key Responsibilities

- The individual will be responsible in developing the practice.

- While the role envisages both business development and service delivery responsibilities the focus would be more on client management and business/practice development.

- Understand the industry vertical and work with the industry aligned Senior Management to understand them and tailor them to client requirements in India.

- Develop a team of professionals to enable growth.

Competencies and Characteristics-

- Must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the “C” level executives in a range of environments

- Must be able to work with limited direction and should be self-driven

- The individual should have a good understanding of the general industry trends in the industries of relevant, understand the issues and have an appreciation for the overall challenges involved
