Or working at startups or at companies providing services to startups. Or just reading or having conversations about startups. Role - Entrepreneur in residence

We are a young startup looking for like-minded people. We believe the best way to know the future is to create it.

We are looking for people who are:

1. Self Starter

2. Logical and process-oriented

3. Not looking for a typical 9-5 job. Willing to hustle to bring out the best in themselves.

4. Strong work ethics

Exciting responsibilities include:

1. Working closely with our core founding team with different functional expertise to identify problems in the current business model which need to be solved through the first principles.

2. Post identifying the problems, work with the team to put together a solution through the fundamental thought process.

3. Since we are building something which no one has ever built, our problems would be unique and solutions would need out-of-the-box thinking.

4. Keep solving problems for the company and evolve as a generalist which can grow into a leadership position in the organisation.

Ideally you bring:

1. Maximum 2-3 years of work experience

2. First experience in fast-paced and high-performance work environments such as VC-backed start-ups

3. Enthusiasm for the online industry and startup environment

4. Hands-on mentality combined with an entrepreneurial "getting things done" mindset

5. The mentality to solve problems independently, proactively, and with a practical approach

6. Great analytical skills and a structured way of thinking while being a quick learner

7. Preferably from IIT, NIT, BITS, IIM, MDI, or FMS only.

Salary Offered : 10-12 LPA
