5. Reviews reports of segment coordinators to monitor academic services in the segments.

6. Quality of delivery of the academic services to be reviewed and initiates corrective actions.

7. Responsible to regularly meet parents to gauge parent expectations and satisfaction.

8. Responsible to monitor successful implementation of Career Counseling programs MCLAP.

9. Accountable for interface with the CBSE.

10. Responsible and accountable to control budgets allotted.
