Manager - Procurement and Commercial  Position Information :  Designation : Manager - Commercial   Reports To : CEO  Grade : Manager  Location : Andheri and/or Malad  Team : 1 Asst. Manager reporting into the person  Job Description :  Key focus and deliverable of the incumbent is to optimize costs through thorough negotiations and derive savings across all procurement's of the company  - Procurement of Capex items like Car, CNG, Technology equipment's etc.  - Procurement of Spare parts, consumables, GPS and technology devices.  - Negotiation and finalization of contracts - Contract life cycle management.  - Vendor management, Risk management and inventory management.  - Negotiation and finalization of new offices.   - Management of PO and optimization of TAT's.  - Process Improvements and implementation of purchase strategies.   Position interface :  Internal / External Interactions: Both - HIGH  - Internal : CEO, COO, CFO, Function Heads at the corporate and Branch heads.   - External : Vendors and Service providers.  Experience required :   - Experience in IT procurement, Marketing Procurement, Facilities procurement and services procurement  - Procurement of all operational items. Direct & Indirect procurement.  - Experience in Procure (P) to Pay (P)  Academic Qualification required :  - Engineer with MBA with a strong 6-7 yrs. of experience in procurement in large scale manufacturing and procurement heavy companies.  The person should have an ability to understand a business situation and drive the commercial and procurement strategy for the company thus to ensure cost optimization and get savings. This is a mid-management position hence the person should have an ability to lead the discussion to the conclusion and must have an ability to deal with multi-disciplinary people in the organization.
