Meru Cabs - Manager - Marketing

Campaign Management :

- Identify consumer segments, manage Consumer Life Cycle, design & drive consumer engagement to improve performance from each segment.

- Ability to ideate, conceptualize and drive local consumer demand and marketing activities.

- Implement marketing automation campaigns & data analysis for the campaign effectiveness.

- To plan strategic & tactical promotional activities by identifying, assembling and coordinating requirement to drive demand

- To evaluate marketing campaigns and prepare activity reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

- High focus towards execution abilities as the person will be driving implementation of all plans in various branches with clear focus on driving demand

Partnerships :

- Drive Customer acquisition from partnerships, analyze and communicate partner metrics

- Understand the business needs & accordingly drive partnership, affiliations and consumer engagement opportunities

- Structure agreements & negotiate commercials (if required) with the above-identified partners.

- Drive the action plans & generate consumer demand from partnerships/alliances

Marketing Operations :

- Handle marketing operations entirely; media planning & buying,creative development, collateral production & distribution.

- Develop, deploy communication campaigns across media vehicles - ATL & BTL and liaising with digital media

- To monitor competitor activity, collect competition data, market trends, new product information, market share, pricing, and advertising etc.

- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Essential for a candidate :

1. Experience in campaign management, marketing automation

2. Ability to work with ad agencies, agency briefing and media buying agencies.

3. Excellent communication & creative skills

4. Good track of commercial acumen & execution expertise
