Job Description:
HR Operations:
- Ensure Timely deliverables of Payroll
- Administration, communication and reinforcement of all HR policies and procedures within the company and working on newer, smarter and innovative policies for staff
- Administration of Time management systems in the company across all locations (Leaves and Attendance)
- Preparing documents such as non-disclosure agreements/Contracts etc. in conjunction with the legal team
- Administrating Mediclaim Insurance policy – ensuring settlements is done on time, renewing the insurance policies, innovating policies for employee benefits etc.
- Handling employee grievances effectively and closing them with maturity.
ERP and Database Management:
- Update and maintain employee records on the system - Oracle HRMS.
- Be the SPOC for HRMS related Issues/employee queries
HR Audit:
- SPOC for internal Audits and Statutory Audit.
Recruitment:
- Will be responsible for handling Junior and Mid level recruitment - Ensuring TAT’s and quality of hires
Appraisal and Increment:
- Will be supporting the PMS process from a data management and analytics perspective.
Key Deliverables:
- Oracle to go LIVE with all the data as required.
- Streamlining of Attendance management system
- HR Operations - 100% record maintenance and data accuracy
- HR Dashboards and Analytics
- 100% Compliances to Audit.
Candidate specifications; Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required to successfully perform the job.
- Well versed with Intelligent HR operations and Systems
- Strong Knowledge of Statutory Laws - PF/ESIC/LWF.
- Well versed with Ms - Excel with good analytical skills.
Internal / External Interactions:
- Internal - HR team, employees.
- External- Placement agencies, Mediclaim company, PF authorities, Oracle team.
Experience Required: 6 - 10 years
Academic Qualification required: Post Graduate in HR from a reputed management institute.
Specific Technical Qualification/Certification- HR Softwares like Adrenelin, People Soft etc.
