Meritto - Senior Product Manager - Compliance & Data Security

As a Senior Product Manager for a B2B SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) company, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our products and shaping our overall product strategy. You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions to our customers. This position requires a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS industry and Data Security and Compliance products, strong leadership skills, and the ability to translate customer needs into innovative product features.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy

- Conduct market research, and competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to inform product decisions.

- Identify market trends and opportunities to drive product innovation and differentiation.

Product Lifecycle Management:

- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

- Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

- Manage product launches and coordinate with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption.

- Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and iterate on features to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

- Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials.

- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.

Leadership and Team Development:

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers on product management best practices.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team.

- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Qualifications and Skills:

- B.Tech./B.E/MBA from a good college/university preferably in Computer Science or Information security

- Minimum of 4-6 years of product management experience in the B2B SaaS industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering software products from ideation to launch.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of successful product launches around Data protection and privacy

- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS industry, Compliances and Data privacy with sound technical understanding around the latest security measures

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive product decisions.

- Proficiency in agile product management methodologies and tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
