Merino Industries - Manager/Senior Manager - Training

1. Responsible for overall development of the organization's talent from Need Diagnostic/Field Study (Training Need Identification), designing & developing solutions, across functions, all levels using various training methodologies at PAN INDIA LEVEL.

2. Identify and assess future and current training needs.

3. Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations

4. Deploy a wide variety of training methods.

5. Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.

6. Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them

7. Preparing and Managing training budget

8. Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

9. Content Development.

10. Expertise into Behavioural and soft skills training.

11. Coordination with Vendors.

Other Requirements

1. Proven work experience as a training manager

2. Track record in designing and executing successful training programs

3. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)

4. Excellent communication and leadership skills

5. Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

6. Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals

7. Good computer and database skills
